HIGH SPEED BREAD SCORING AUTOMATION

One of our customers asked us to automate their bread and Hoagies scoring by potentially reducing labor.

The Video show the machine T&T designed and built mimicking the hand movement of the way employees typically score bread at many bakeries today.

The T&T Scoring Automation is designed as a flexible platform. On this platform, we can customize designs for individual customers with their own boards and pan patterns.

On this scoring machine, for this customer we designed for Straight Cut and 45 deg. Cut.

The machine can be used as roll-away design, or in line with an automated tunnel oven loader, as it is shown in the video. The machine operates on 115 V power, using pneumatic cylinders, so it is an energy saving platform.

PLC and touch screen-based operation for the different programs.

For this customer, we have achieved the labor savings he was looking for.

He was able to reduce from three employees to one on each shift.
